About the Department
Our Business Services Team is part of the wider Corporate Services function, providing support to all companies within Hillcrest. We provide support with a variety of functions including insurance, procurement, fleet management, information governance, social value and internal audit.
About the Role
This is a new role which will require the successful applicant to work closely with key staff throughout Hillcrest. In this role, you will support several areas of the business in driving forward their equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) related objectives. Other key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the work of the EDI Action Group
- Collaborating with others to design, deliver and evaluate EDI related training
- Contributing to the development of EDI related policies and procedures
About You
You will have:
- Knowledge of public sector equalities legislation
- Experience of implementing EDI related initiatives
- The ability to design and deliver training
- The ability to develop positive working relationships
