Please note, whilst this post is based in Aberdeen, the successful candidates will be required to work in Angus as and when required.

You will work as part of the Hillcrest Maintenance cleaning team, this would include... Communal close cleaning, office cleaning, Void house cleaning prior to the tenants moving in, and general cleaning works.

The successful candidate must:

• Have previous cleaning experience or have the ability to learn
• Have good communication skills
• Be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
• Have a driving licence
